Reservation and payment
The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit, deductible from the total amount of the stay, equal to 30% of the total, for stays of 3 or more days. For stays of less than 3 days the deposit is equal to the first night of the stay.

The balance must be paid directly in the structure by cash, credit card and/or debit card.
Cancellation and reservation
The cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Total refund of the deposit in case of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival.
- Partial refund of the deposit (50%) in case of cancellation at least 15 days prior to the day of arrival.
- Refund of the deposit not foreseen in case of cancellation in the last 15 days before arrival.
Prices are per day per room. In the months of July and August we accept reservations for minimum stays of 3 days.
